The store still has great days ahead
Are physical retailers threatened by the digital space? Don’t be so sure. At Klépierre’s initiative, PwC did a study demonstrating how much European consumers support stores, with 51% choosing stores exclusively. The trends are also positive, as 86% of surveyed consumers said that they intend to maintain or even increase the frequency of their store visits. This statistic rises to 88% for millennials. The reason for their preference? The chance to see, touch and try the products they want.
