RECORD RESULTS IN 2018

Jean-Marc Jestin: I am very proud of the registered results this year again translated into a 6.5% net current cash-flow growth per share. This excellent performance is explained in several ways: a high-quality portfolio of shopping centers, anchored in the heart of dynamic urban areas, and operational excellence centered on the shopper and greatly talented teams.
